The invoice received with your order should be included with your return - please state on it whether you wish to obtain a REFUND, CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE

 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached.

 

At Liquor Store we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

 

Returns are the customers responsibility until they reach us so we recommend using a trackable delivery service.

 

International returns should be marked ‘RETURNED GOODS’. All taxes and customs duties are the customers responsibility.

Specifications

The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

 

 

Christmas Extended Returns Policy

 

From November the 21st to 24th December, we offer an extended returns policy giving you until January 10th to return unwanted items.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund on the item bought if returned outside of our usual returns policy, but we will give you an Exchange or Credit Note / E-Wallet to the value of the item purchased to use against anything in store. Both the Credit Note and E-Wallet can be used at any point and do not have an expiration date.
